Announcements June 2, 2016

·      Attention Graduates: Nomination Forms for Valedictorian are now available and can be picked up in the Main Office.  Forms must be filled in completely and turned in to Ms. Spada by Monday, June 6.  Voting from a list of eligible candidates will occur on Thursday, June 9.  Please keep in mind you can only nominate or endorse one candidate.


·      The following Jr. Girls Soccer team members are to hand their team uniforms in to Mr. Corazza immediately: Bianca Carvalho, Bianca Ciampa, Sarah Hearn, Noelle Lafrancois, and Nicole Pignanelli.


·      Congratulations to Natalia Glaz for her effort at the recent OFSAA Tennis tournament in Toronto. Natalia went undefeated in ladies' singles on day 1 and the morning of day 2, clearly dominating each game and match. Unfortunately by Tues. evening, Natalia was edged out of the competion. Congratulations to this year's WECSSAA and SWOSSAA champ and her great effort at OFSAA. Way to go Natalia!


·      The Annual Athletic Banquet is scheduled for Tuesday June 14th at the Fogolar Furlan club.  Tickets are now available to be picked up in the phys ed office and will be available only until Friday June 10th.  Extra tickets are available for parents, grandparents and siblings for $20.00 and can be purchased in the phys ed office.  Looking forward to seeing all of this year's athletes for our final celebration of the year.  For further information please see Ms. McMahon in the phys ed office.


·      There will be a brief Europe meeting in the art room on Friday at 8:00 a.m.  for those interested in the trip next year.  Ms. Voegeli and Ms. Bastien

·      The girls softball team qualified for the semifinals at WECSSAA. They defeated St. Anne's, Harrow and Essex. Good luck on Monday ladies.
